The 3D parts are printed on a SLA printer. As a result, you have a detailed side and a slighty less detailed side. The little drop in quality is on the support side. Make sure you have the detailed side out. In this case you have a left and a right version. The version (L or R) is indicated on the inside of the part. The support marks don’t affect the function of the part, however you can use a fine sandpaper to get a smooth finish if so desired.

Shipping time for 3D parts can take up to 1 to 2 weeks. This is because we will first have to print the parts.
