How can I place an order?
You can add the item to your shopping basket. After adding all items to the basket, you can check out and pay.

Why am I not able to enter my preferred amount of Lego sets?
If this is the case, the item is out of stock. You will be able to make a reservation for the item. Whenever it is in stock again, you will receive a message from us.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. It is possible to make an appointment for pickups. 

Why is it only possible to order packages, and why can’t I order normal mailbox deliveries?
Most of the sets contain components which won’t fit in your mailbox. They have to be sent as packages. Whenever it is possible, we will send it to your mailbox.

When will my order be shipped?
Within 24 hours after we have received your payment, we will send your order. With the exception of the weekend. In weekends, it might take one day longer.

How can I pay for my order?
There are different payment options. See the “payment” section.

How can I check if my order was sent?
Whenever your package has arrived at Post NL, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. With this code you will be able to trace your package at

Missing components?
Despite our precautions, it is possible that your package is missing certain components. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make sure the missing components will be sent to you as soon as possible and free of charge. 

Are all Lego bricks new?
All Lego bricks are new, with a few exceptions. Whenever the bricks are not new, it’s because they are not manufactured anylonger by Lego. In this case we will include secondhand bricks.

Will my personal details be used in any way?
We will only use your personal details for our own administration.

Do you ship outside of the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship worldwide. More about this in the “shipment” section.

Could this set be in stock anyways?
If our website tells you a certain set is not in stock, you cannot order the set. However, you can make a reservation. Please contact us for any reservations.

If I order more than one set, will this be packed and shipped separately?
We will combine all sets and ship it as one order. We will only charge you for one shipment.

Do you offer a discount when I order two or more sets?
Unfortunately not. We try to keep our prices as low as possible, this is why we don’t give any discounts.

Can we receive a tax receipt?
Yes. Every order is delivered with an invoice, including taxes.
